It is worth noting that when the percussion method is applied, if the bearing is installed at the end of the bearing, then some copper rods smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing can be used, or a relatively soft metal material can be used to resist the bearing. 2. Pull out method
Compared with the percussion method, the application of the pull-out method has better skills. The strength of the pull-out method is relatively uniform, and it is relatively easy to control the size of the strength and the specific direction of force. At the same time, the pull-out method is used to disassemble the rolling bearing, which can disassemble the bearing with larger size. This method is also applicable to the bearing with larger interference.
The most important thing is that the pull-out method is used to disassemble the rolling bearing, and the probability of damage to the components is very small, and the disassembly cost is low. When using the pull-out method to disassemble the bearing, as long as the handle of the special puller is rotated, the bearing will be slowly pulled out. When disassembling, pay attention to the force of the hook and bearing, and do not damage the hook and bearing. When using, be careful to prevent the pull hook from slipping off and the angle of the two legs of the pull tool is less than 90°. The pull hook of the pull tool should be hooked to the inner ring of the bearing, not to the outer ring of the bearing, so as to avoid excessive loosening or damage to the bearing. When using the puller, the lead screw should be aligned with the center hole of the shaft and must not be skewed.
