Lubrication

Bearing lubrication, as the name implies, is to add lubricant to lubricate the bearing.

The purpose of lubrication:

1. reduce friction and loss. In the bearing ring, rolling body and retainer contact parts, prevent metal contact, reduce friction and loss.

2. prolong the fatigue life. Rolling fatigue life of bearings, in rotation, the rolling contact surface is well lubricated, then its life will be prolonged. On the contrary, if the thickness of lubricating oil ink is not good, its life will be shortened.

3. the removal of fever. Remove internal friction heat and other heat from the outside during rotation to prevent bearing heating and lubricant deterioration.

4. rust and dustproof. Prevent embroidering of steel ball, channel and retainer. Prevent the invasion of garbage and foreign matter.

In addition, there are many requirements for the selection of lubricants. The need for friction and loss, heat stability, good thermal conductivity, oil film strength, non-corrosive, no garbage and water, under the conditions of use can maintain appropriate viscosity, and so on, these are the necessary conditions for qualified lubricants.
