3. The fixed seat of the oil bearing is designed with a cotton felt pad. Its function is to provide lubricating oil for the microporous oil bearing. When refueling, the cotton felt pad must also be filled with oil.
The solution to the fan shaft not rotating:
1. Measure the operation of the electric fan and the speed regulating winding. Rotate the electric fan timer first, when you hear a clicking sound, it means that the timer is normal. If there is no clicking sound, the timer is damaged. If there is no resistance value, the motor winding may be burnt and open circuit. For a motor with a thermal fuse in series, it may be that the thermal fuse is open, and the motor should be disassembled to have a look. If it is only open, short the thermal fuse and it will return to normal.
2. Check whether the shaft is held, disassemble the electric fan shield, and turn the motor shaft by hand. If it does not turn, it means that the machine is seriously holding the shaft. Disassemble the motor, first remove the oil stains and rust on the front and rear bushings and the motor shaft, and then add enough sewing oil to the linoleum of the front and rear bushings, most electric fans can be eliminated.
3. Measure the starting capacitance. If the motor shaft rotates flexibly, measure the starting capacitance of the electric fan motor. First, use the multimeter R×100Ω to measure the resistance values of the entire electric fan motor running, starting and speed regulating windings at both ends of the motor starting capacitor, that is, the resistance values of the black and yellow leads.
